Jessica is a Clinical Nutritionist and Western Herbalist, specialising in the holistic treatment of chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne and rosacea. Boasting over 14 years’ experience within the Complementary and Alternative Medicine field including clinical practice, education and presenting roles, content writing, research, journal editing and nutrition program development. She is passionate and dedicated to her profession. 

Jessica practices at the Psoriasis Eczema Clinic where she received further training from Professor Michael Tirant in the field of Integrative Dermatology. Her expertise in nutritional and dietary medicine provides patients with a holistic approach to their chronic skin condition, addressing common triggers and comorbidities including digestive disorders/food intolerances, weight gain/obesity and cardiovascular health. Having experienced the debilitating effects of a chronic skin condition herself, Jessica shares a unique understanding with her patients and is highly motivated to achieve optimal results.
